We're a small, close-knit team who genuinely love what we do. We started Country Care because we believe everyone in regional Victoria deserves support that feels like it comes from someone who actually cares — not a call centre.
Who we are
Our story
Country Care Support Services started the way most good things do — around a kitchen table, with a cup of tea and a genuine concern for people we cared about. We'd seen firsthand how hard it was for families in regional Victoria to find support that actually felt human. So we decided to do something about it.
We're a small team, and we like it that way. It means we know our clients by name, we remember the little things, and we show up — not because it's a job, but because we genuinely care about the people we support.
We're not trying to be the biggest provider in Victoria. We just want to be the best neighbours you've ever had.

We grew up rurally and on the land, so we know what country life actually looks like — the distances, the tight-knit communities, and the frustration of feeling like services just don't reach you. That's a big part of why we do what we do. We chose regional Victoria because we believe people here deserve support that's just as good as anywhere else — and we're personally committed to making that happen.
