About the NDIS
What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to Australians under 65 who have a permanent and significant disability. It's designed to give you choice and control over the supports you receive — and we're here to help you make the most of it.

Our NDIS support services
Home Modifications
Creating a safe, accessible home can make a significant difference to a person's independence and quality of life. We assist participants by coordinating and delivering minor home modifications that support safer everyday living.
Working alongside participants, families, occupational therapists and qualified local tradespeople, we help identify practical solutions that improve accessibility, reduce hazards and promote independence within the home.
Our home modification services may include:
- Installation of grab rails and handrails
- Access ramps (completed by appropriately qualified and licensed tradespeople where required)
- Doorway widening and access improvements
- Non-slip flooring and safety modifications
- Lever door handles and accessible hardware
- Minor bathroom safety improvements
- Step modifications
- General accessibility improvements
- Home safety assessments and coordination with allied health professionals
Where an Occupational Therapist assessment is required, we work closely with your treating OT to ensure modifications are completed in accordance with their recommendations and NDIS funding requirements.
As an unregistered NDIS provider, we provide eligible services to participants who self-manage or plan-manage their NDIS funding. All works are completed by appropriately qualified and licensed contractors where required by Victorian legislation.

Am I eligible for the NDIS?
To access the NDIS you generally need to:
Be under 65 years of age when you first apply
Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Special Category Visa holder
Have a permanent and significant disability that affects your daily life
Require support now to reduce future needs, or need support to participate in the community
