Transparent Pricing

At Country Care Support Services, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable support services across regional Victoria. Our current service rates are published for participants, families and referrers.

Travel Charges

Travel charges may apply in accordance with relevant funding arrangements or as agreed with the participant. We always aim to minimise travel costs by allocating local support workers wherever possible.

Service Agreements

All participants receive a Service Agreement before services commence, outlining the supports to be provided, applicable charges and any agreed travel costs.

Support at Home Fees — Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Community Access, Respite

All prices are per hour and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

Evening – Monday to Friday (6pm – 10pm)

Active Overnight (8 hours, incl. up to 1 hr active assistance)
$450per night + GST
Additional active support during overnight (per hour)
$105per hour + GST
Public Holiday – Monday to Friday
$188per hour + GST

Additional active support during the night is charged at the evening rate per hour.

NDIS pricing is set in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Regional loadings apply for participants in our service area. Contact us for a personalised quote.
